Description
- Follow all Company standards, policies, & procedures.
- Participate in assigned meetings.
- Generate daily inventory cycle count sheets based on ABC analysis for raw materials & finished goods.
- Reports inventory discrepancies & shortages to Management daily.
- Find, research, & resolve root causes of inventory inaccuracies.
- Collaborate with all departments to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Work with Inventory Control Specialist on aging inventory.
- Assists with Spoilage Spillage Report (SSR) adjustments.
- Assists with records of all inventory transfers & disposals.
- Assists third party warehouse inventories.
- Performs various duties to assist in month end closing process & procedures.
- Performs periodic Physical Inventory counts semi-annually.
- Process cycle count requests daily.
- Assist with any request on shelf-life extensions for certain products and location.
- Help perform system maintenance to keep accurate records.
- Issue daily COA/CDR (Code date remaining) report for next day receiving.
- Issue inventory related forms when needed – CDR, stock conversion.
- Non-inventoried items cycle count & re-ordering.
- Tank Farm cycle count & re-order.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- 2-3 years’ warehouse experience.
- 2-year experience operating a Forklift.
- Proficiency with PC operating system, office support software, including MS Excel Outlook and RF Scanner.
- Experience with ERP Platforms.
- Highly organized, detail-orientated, self-motivated, & able to work well with others.
- Excellent administrative judgment with the ability to multi-task & coordinate tasks that support the staff.
- Strong team-oriented personality that works well in a fast pace, ever changing environment.
- Strong analytic & communication skills, both verbal & written.
Salary Description
$24 Per Hour
