Description
The Executive Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the Leadership Team and works closely with the organization’s administrative support staff on general administrative functions and activities of the office.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Leadership Team
- Provides clerical support when needed to assist administrative staff with assigned administrative
- duties such as answering phones, sorting and distributing mail, and preparing documents
- Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting communications, schedules, reports
- and other documents for senior staff
- Arranges travel and accommodations
- Coordinates meals for meetings and coordinates company-wide team member events
- Extends hospitality to visitors, team members and other guests to the office or company
- Participates and is an active member of the Employee Appreciation Committee
- Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic
- finance support
- Creates and administers budgets for office supplies, equipment, and contract services
- Identifies opportunities for cost savings and improvements in assigned areas; recommends and
- implements policy or process changes as needed.
- Prepare and coordinate Board reports and meetings (quarterly)
- Handle companywide communications across the Brubacher Family of Companies
- Manages company-branded apparel
- Coordinates employee service award program
- Supports other related, varying needs of assigned departments and staff
- Performs additional duties as assigned by the Leadership Team and others
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Associate degree in office administration or related field preferred.
- At least 2+ years of related experience required
