Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and established care plans

- Monitor residents’ health status, vital signs, and symptoms, and document findings accurately

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring safety and compliance

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and update individualized care plans

- Educate residents and their families about health conditions, treatments, and wellness strategies

- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures

- Respond promptly to emergencies and provide necessary interventions

- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of care provided and resident progress


Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice

- Proven experience in a long-term care or nursing facility setting preferred

- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care

- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety standards

- Ability to handle multiple priorities and remain calm under pressure
