Description
The Low Boy Truck Driver position is responsible for safely driving and operating, loading and unloading cargo from trailers, and securing loads when necessary. This position will haul a variety of equipment and cargo in varying lengths, height, and weight.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Safely haul equipment and materials using a lowboy trailer
- Load, unload, and secure equipment of varying sizes and weights
- Drive on highways and construction sites while following DOT, OSHA, and company safety standards
- Inspect loads to ensure accuracy and compliance before and after transport
- Complete DOT logs and required documentation
- Adjust driving based on weather, traffic, and site conditions
- Keep your truck and equipment clean, maintained, and in safe working condition
- Work with your team to get the job done safely and efficiently
- Be reliable with consistent attendance and communication

Requirements
What You Need
- Valid Class A CDL (air brakes required)
- Ability to obtain additional endorsements if needed
- At least 21 years old
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a DOT physical, company physical, drug screen, background check, and MVR review
- Willingness to travel and work away from home when needed
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends as required
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and handle physical, hands-on work daily
Salary Description
$25 - $35/hour pending experience
