JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for creating, managing, and executing social media content strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer traffic across all company brands and locations. This role requires a creative individual with strong graphic design skills who can develop compelling visual content and maintain a consistent brand presence across multiple social media platforms..

LOCATION: The Elmont El Paso, TX 

PAY: Hourly/Non-Exempt

Duties/ Responsibilities:

The duties and responsibilities of the Social Media Coordinator include, but are not limited to:

· Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.

· Create original graphic designs, social media assets, promotional materials, and digital marketing content that align with brand standards.

· Utilize Figma to design and collaborate on marketing campaigns, social media graphics, promotional materials, and other visual assets.

· Capture and edit photo and video content for social media and marketing initiatives.

· Monitor social media trends and recommend new content ideas and strategies.

· Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

· Coordinate with operations, marketing, and venue leadership teams to promote events, specials, and company initiatives.

· Track and report on social media performance metrics and campaign effectiveness.

· Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms and marketing materials.

· Assist with website content updates and other marketing projects as needed.

Minimum Qualifications: 

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field.

· Proficiency in graphic design and content creation.

· Advanced experience using Figma for graphic design, content creation, and collaborative design projects.

· Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) preferred.

· Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

· Experience creating short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and similar platforms.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Portfolio demonstrating social media campaigns, graphic design work, and content creation is required.

Working Conditions:

This role requires physical activity, including extended periods of standing, walking, bending, stooping, twisting, and occasional climbing. The position may also require lifting and carrying items up to 50 pounds. Work is performed both indoors and outdoors throughout The Elmont property, including the swim club, restaurant, and event spaces. The work environment can vary depending on events and weather conditions. Noise levels are typically moderate but may be higher during concerts and live events.
