Position Summary


We are looking for a Producer for our Las Vegas studio to drive the smooth flow of development through pre-production. The game design team is made up of game designers and mathematicians who create designs and implement math models for eTab games. The Producer's primary focus is the pre-production phase, coordinating the work across our studios and keeping the pipeline on track. The role works closely with the Head of Game Design, the Game Design Manager, the Math Director, the production department, and the Corporate Program Manager to keep work in alignment.  



Primary Roles and Responsibilities

  • Track each game from concept into production, providing a clear view of progress at every stage 
  • Own the pre-production schedules for all three studios (Las Vegas, Chicago, and Pune) and keep them aligned with the overall game production schedule 
  • Plan and allocate resources across the pre-production pipeline, balancing workload against schedule commitments 
  • Maintain the cadence and velocity of math iteration through pre-production, keeping development moving at a steady pace 
  • Provide analytics and reporting on the pre-production process to identify bottlenecks and guide improvements 
  • Keep the game design development process and its documentation up to date 
  • Champion consistent use of the team's design tools and templates 
  • Run the trademark request process: receive requests from designers, work with the legal team to progress them, and follow up proactively to push each one through to completion 
  • Support the Head of Game Design on special projects as assigned 
Requirements

Experience and Education

  • Strong, clear communicator with the ability to work across multiple teams 
  • Excels at following up on task completion, identifying dependencies, and driving items through to completion across teams 
  • Comfortable coordinating across departments and external functions, including production, program management, and legal 
  • Understanding of game development processes and pipelines 
  • Highly detail oriented, proactive, and adaptable, with strong problem-solving skills 
  • Positive attitude and strong people skills, with a passion for making games and continuous growth 
  • 3+ years of professional experience in game production or a related field, including in a project coordination or production role 
  • College degree or equivalent; game design or production training 
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 
  • Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Runn, or other task and resource management software 
  • Experience working within a roadmap or program management process (preferred) 
  • Familiarity with trademark or IP processes (preferred)
