Mortgage Loan Origination Assistant


We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mortgage Loan Origination Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to support the mortgage lending process and gain valuable industry experience in a professional office environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and committed to providing exceptional service to our clients.


Key Responsibilities:

- Assist mortgage loan officers with the preparation and processing of loan applications

- Gather and verify necessary documentation from clients to ensure completeness and accuracy

- Coordinate communication between clients, underwriters, and other stakeholders

- Maintain organized records of loan files and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

- Schedule appointments and follow up with clients throughout the loan process

- Support the team in meeting deadlines and achieving loan origination goals


Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid NMLS license or willingness to obtain licensing within a specified timeframe

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document review

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

- Prior experience in mortgage lending or related financial services is a plus but not required

Salary Description
$45,000+ depending on experience
