Job Summary


Our Marketing department is expanding and 2021 offers unique opportunities to gain experience across marketing initiatives.  A primary component of this role is managing our Salesforce platform, the tools that connect to it.  Another area of importance for this role is analytics – building a marketing to sales conversion funnel in Salesforce, creating reports and dashboards that show where the funnel is lagging, etc.  You will coordinate engagement efforts across teams to ensure SFDC participation, report analysis, and process compliance.

Responsibilities include

  • Maintain, administer and update Salesforce, including connections with other applications  
  • Build and manage sales and marketing dashboards, reports, funnel analytics, lead analysis and sales performance metrics via Salesforce
  • Ensure proper lead flow, lead quality, sales data accuracy, and staff engagement within Salesforce and Outreach
  • Oversee the marketing software and tools management
  • Analyze marketing and sales performance, identifying steps in the funnel for improvement
  • Maintain Salesforce Partner Portal and ensure partners are credited for their contributions
  • Use Google Analytics and other marketing tools to assist Marketing Growth Manager in growing top-of-funnel leads through increased web, social, and paid engagement
  • Collaborate across Sales, SE, Partner, and Marketing channels for aligned reporting and analytics
Requirements
  • BA in Marketing or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years of Sales Operations or Marketing Operations experience
  • Salesforce Certification or equivalent experience
  • Ability to create dashboards, analytics, and insights from Salesforce
  • Experience with Pardot, Zoominfo, and Outreach a plus
  • Working knowledge of Google Data Studio a plus
  • Experience with marketing funnel analytics a plus
