Now Hiring: Front Desk Guest Ambassador


Location: Gate Parkway – Jacksonville, FL


Schedule: Part-Time | Monday, Wednesday, and Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM


Precision Imaging Centers is looking for compassionate, detail-oriented individuals to join our Gate Parkway team. This role serves as the first point of contact for our patients and plays a key role in creating an exceptional experience from check-in through completion of their visit.


Position Overview


As a Front Desk Guest Ambassador, you will help ensure smooth daily operations by providing outstanding customer service, coordinating patient appointments, and supporting the overall patient experience in a fast-paced outpatient imaging environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet patients warmly and provide a positive first impression 
  • Manage patient registration and update insurance and demographic information 
  • Schedule appointments and efficiently handle incoming phone calls 
  • Process payments and maintain accurate financial records 
  • Educate patients on available services and encourage feedback and reviews 
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area 
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure a seamless patient experience 
  • Support daily office operations and workflow as needed 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred 
  • Previous customer service, hospitality, healthcare, or medical office experience preferred 
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills 
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment 
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 
  • Proficiency with computer systems and basic office applications 
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
