Schedule: Monday - Saturday*

Hours: Supervisor works until the last crew is out. Start to finish job, so depends on last job completed

How You'll Make an Impact:

Our QA Lawn Specialist Supervisors are responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all customers of ABC at all times, professional behavior is expected at all times while servicing a home or a business and respect and care of customers’ property is required. Listens to customer’s concerns in regards to the services provided and suggests proper treatments or solutions to address their concerns

Requirements

What You'll Bring:

  • Must hold a valid driver's license with an issue date of at least five years prior to the date of this application if you are assigned as a driver.
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of lawn industry knowledge and work field experience for this role.
  • Ability to prioritize work load, work under pressure and still maintain good composure.
  • Desired experience in working with routes, service stops, and meeting deadlines of your service route.
  • Dependable and self-motivated with desire to work year-round.
  • English speaking is a requirement; bilingual is a plus.
  • Ability to use an electronic tablet/phone, basic computer skills and knowledge of email, text, etc., basic math skills.
  • Ability to walk for long periods of time in extreme temperatures including outdoors.
  • Repetitive lifting, twisting, pulling, pushing and carry up to 50 lbs. may be required.
  • Ability to carry a 40 lb. backpack throughout the day may be required.
  • Must maintain an active Driver’s License in good standing and be insurable .

What You'll Do:

  • Inspects previous work performed by Land Maintenance crews to ensure they are meeting production standards.
  • Reports results of work that does not meet specifications or customer expectations to the Service Manager for further resolution.
  • Collects route sheets from Crew Leaders and transfers all notes to the Specialist sheet for documentation on costumer account and follow up purposes.
  • Inspects all route sheets completed by Crew Leader, adjusts amounts of incomplete work, employee numbers, etc. before sheets are turned in to be posted.
  • Performs all monthly vehicle and trailer inspections.
  • Completes equipment inventory as needed or assigned by Service Manager.
  • Assist with basic training of all new hires.
  • QCs unscheduled properties per Service Manager request for troubleshooting purposes.
  • Delivers equipment during the day to job sites or to vendors as needed.
  • Assists Service Manger on special assignments.
  • Meets deadlines of his route and informs Service Manager of all incomplete inspections or assignments on a daily basis.
  • Checks vehicle when a new one is assigned (see Service Manager for checklist).
  • Responsible for knowing and following all company and department policies and protocols, including the PTO policy.
  • Attend required department meetings and company or vendor training as required.
  • Your readiness to work on Saturday* is obligatory when assigned by Service Manager.
  • Other duties as assigned.
