About the job.


We’re looking for a Recruiter to join our team on a full-time basis. Tovala is growing and we need a Recruiter to help us find rockstars for all levels of the organization, from hourly Assemblers to Directors and everything in between. This person will be super organized and comfortable managing the entire recruiting process - from partnering with hiring managers to define candidate profiles all the way through extending offers. This role is perfect for you if you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are interested in helping hire for a growing tech company. 


How you'll spend your time at Tovala:  

  • Managing the entire recruiting process at Tovala from start to finish
  • Partnering with hiring managers to craft job descriptions and determine ideal candidate profiles for open roles
  • Assisting hiring managers build scorecards and advising on potential interview questions
  • Sourcing candidates from a variety of methods such as inbound applications and outreach on LinkedIn 
  • Screening candidates on the phone, virtually and eventually in-person
  • Facilitating interview debrief meetings with hiring managers and interview panelists
  • Communicating with candidates to keep them informed at all stages of the process
  • Attending local recruiting events as needed 
  • Helping build and implement recruiting policies & procedures to support our company growth
  • Assisting with employee onboarding to ensure a positive employee experience
  • Ability to create and track Recruiting metrics as well as identify areas for improvement
Requirements

About you.

  • Bachelors required, preferably in HR, Business, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of Recruiting experience, both hourly and salary roles
  • You are excited by the challenge of hiring for a variety of departments at all levels from Assemblers to Directors and everything in between
  • You are resourceful in building hiring pipelines for open positions outside of inbound applications 
  • You can operate with a high level of autonomy and thrive when given the freedom and opportunity to solve problems
  • You are a very organized person who pays attention to details
  • You can adapt to change quickly and when faced with multiple priorities, you remain cool as a cucumber 
  • You communicate well, both verbally and in writing, and understand the importance of confidentiality
  • You're interested in startups and excited to work in a fast-paced environment
