As our New Car Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind sales excellence and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include:
- Drive dealership success by achieving daily, monthly, and annual new vehicle sales and gross profit goals.
- Collaborate with sales team members to set and track targets for leads, conversions, sales, and projected income.
- Coordinate with the Service Manager to ensure every vehicle delivery is seamless and every customer leaves satisfied.
- Coach, mentor, and train sales professionals to grow their skills and achieve top performance.
- Implement and uphold factory standards to maintain consistent quality and achieve 100% customer satisfaction.
- Champion exceptional customer experiences and drive strong Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) performance.
