Are you a compassionate and driven Licensed Nursing Home Administrator looking for an opportunity to lead a dedicated team and positively impact the lives of residents? We are seeking an experienced LNHA to oversee the daily operations of our skilled nursing facility in Barnesville, Ohio.

What You'll Do:
• Provide leadership and direction for all facility operations
• Foster a positive culture focused on quality care and resident satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Support and develop department leaders and staff
• Monitor financial performance, census growth, and operational goals
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, and community partners
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and promote exceptional outcomes

What We're Looking For:
• Current Ohio Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license
• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) leadership experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and healthcare operations
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a resident-centered focus
