The Recruiter is responsible for the full-cycle recruitment and pre-hire process for full-time and high-volume positions. You will play an active role in the entire recruiting lifecycle, from posting jobs and screening resumes to partnering with our internal clients, conducting interviews, negotiating employment offers and delivering an extraordinary candidate experience. You will help keep our hiring process running smoothly and ensure that we recruit and retain a diverse and high-performing employee population. This position reports to the Director of HR.


The Recruiter is responsible for executing a consistent, effective, and efficient recruiting strategy for the organization. Will perform full life-cycle recruitment and partner with managers to develop candidate sourcing strategies to deliver diverse qualified candidate pools. This position will ensure sourcing strategies, methodology and processes are aligned with business requirements and overall company policy.

Requirements
  • Oversee the full life cycle of recruiting process by delivering a pipeline of high-quality candidates to hiring managers via networking, cold calling, relationship building, and other sourcing methods.
  • Make evidence-based decisions for a high volume of open positions on offers to candidates, negotiate employment agreements, conduct pre-employment background and reference screening and lead the on-boarding process.
  • Oversee and monitor applicant tracking system to maintain organized and accurate files. Correspond with applicants regarding the status of their applications.
  • Build a recruiting culture and talent pipeline, by creating programs that improve job seeker response, strengthen our employer brand and identify and present a diverse candidate.
  • Partner with hiring managers on all aspects of hiring process including establishing expectations and preparing hiring managers and interview panels for interviews.
  • Maintain an extraordinary candidate experience from application through the pre-hire process.
  • Oversee the employee referral program and the internal job posting program.
  • Drive innovative projects i.e., non-traditional recruiting methods, campaigns, job fairs, etc.
  • Assist with other HR generalist tasks as needed.

Required Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year of direct sourcing and/or full life-cycle recruitment experience, in a high volume, fast paced environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with applicant tracking system software and related internet recruiting portals.
  • Extensive knowledge of human resources practices such as compensation, benefits and employment law.
  • Ability to quickly adapt, embrace change and juggle multiple competing priorities.
