Description

  

· Measuring out meal ingredients according to a recipe.

· Prepping various ingredients such as meats and vegetables.

· Operates various kitchen appliances such as a blender, oven, grill, or stand mixer.

· Seasons food according to recipes or company needs.

· Collaborating with the Kitchen Managers and other cooks to prepare meals.

· Cleaning up the kitchen space after cooking each meal and ensuring the prep area and kitchen is cleaned and sanitized at the end of the shift.

· Maintaining a pantry stock record.

· Rotating stock items as per established procedures.

· Restocking the pantry and fridge or freezer as necessary.

· Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures.

· Makes adjustments to food items to accommodate guests with allergies or specific diet concerns.
