- Identify and move materials through the production process
- Record production information accurately and maintain material traceability
- Check equipment and work areas for potential safety or quality concerns
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and ready for the next task

- Cross-train on additional equipment and processes as your skills grow
About You
You do not need a long manufacturing resume to succeed here. You may be a strong fit if you:
- Show up consistently, on time, and ready to contribute
- Enjoy practical, hands-on work and learning how equipment operates
- Pay attention to details and take pride in quality
- Can use basic math and measurements
- Follow written and verbal instructions and ask questions when something is unclear
- Take safety seriously and look out for your teammates
- Want to learn new skills and build a long-term career
Defining Success
We do not expect you to know everything on Day One. Early success means learning safely, building confidence, and becoming someone your team can count on. Over time, you will be successful when you:
- Operate equipment safely and follow established procedures
- Produce quality work that meets specifications
- Measure and inspect your work carefully and document it accurately
- Communicate concerns early and help prevent avoidable safety or quality issues
- Support your teammates, maintain an organized work area, and keep building your skills
Additional Tools in Your Toolbox May Include
Previous manufacturing experience can help, but it is not required. Experience in construction, automotive, maintenance, warehousing, landscaping, food production, equipment operation, skilled trades, or another hands-on environment may give you transferable skills you can use here.
Never used a micrometer? We can teach you. Your ability to learn, follow instructions, work safely, and care about the result matters more.
