Essential Responsibilities

• Assist in completing capex projects for the Vista at Palma Sola community
• Complete make readies equal to the standards set forth by Hilltop Residential
• Complete assigned work orders and ensure compliance to Hilltop Residential standards
• Assist with building and common area maintenance
• Inspect vacant apartments for damage to walls, doors, blinds, lights, and plumbing fixtures
• Assist with preventative maintenance program and maintain property equipment
• Assist in keeping grounds neat and free of litter
• Must be able to paint
• Must be able to life over 70 pounds (with dolly)

In addition to the make ready duties, the renovation maintenance assistant will also be responsible for interior project renovation including but not limited to connecting of appliances after vendor installation and removing of old appliances. He/she will also assist with exterior capital projects as well.

• Valid Drivers License and/or access to reliable transportation
• 1+ years of hands-on general maintenance experience
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Rotating on-call responsibility for after-hours emergencies
