Bubble Down is growing from 8 locations to more than 30 across Tampa Bay. Growth at that pace requires more than applications—it requires the right people entering our hiring process.
The Recruiting Coordinator owns the front end of Bubble Down’s recruiting process. This role is responsible for connecting with applicants quickly, evaluating candidate fit, and ensuring our site leaders spend their time interviewing candidates who meet our standards.
When someone applies, you call them.
We believe recruiting starts with conversations—not waiting for candidates to respond to emails or scheduling links. Our applicants have already raised their hand. Your role is to connect with them while their interest is highest, create excitement about Bubble Down, understand their experience and goals, and move qualified candidates quickly through the hiring process.
This is a phone-forward recruiting role. Rather than spending your day focused on passive sourcing, you will spend your time having meaningful conversations with candidates who have already expressed interest in joining our team.
The Recruiting Coordinator will manage applicant review, initial candidate outreach, phone screening, candidate communication, interview coordination, recruiting metrics, and the handoff of qualified candidates to site leaders for final interviews.
As Bubble Down continues to grow, this role will also support recruiting partnerships, including job fairs, technical schools, workforce organizations, and other community recruiting opportunities. You will help build relationships, coordinate participation, track results, and provide insights into which recruiting channels produce strong long-term employees.
