1. Maintain reliable transportation available for use during working hours, valid driver’s license and provide proof of automobile liability coverage.

Education and/or Experience:
1. High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred with emphasis in “Facilities Management, Facilities Engineering or related qualification such as project management, business management or construction management or equivalent combination of education and or experience.”
2. Working knowledge of principles and practices of business administration
3. Working knowledge of recreational services.
4. Working knowledge of human resource management principles and practices.
5. Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
6. 1 year supervisory experience
7. Solid computer and systems knowledge

Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to fumes, airborne particles and outside weather conditions. The noise level is usually moderate but occasionally loud. Use of Personal Protective Equipment such as vinyl or latex gloves is occasionally required.
