About the Role

The Technical Integrations Analyst will be responsible for overseeing the technical design and strategic user experience for external & internal customer projects related to the integrations team.  A significant part of this position is focused on the architectural design of outbound data transference from customer and vendor partner systems inbound to the Asurint platform inclusive to the round-trip response messaging. 


This is accomplished by being the proactive interface between customers, vendor partners, and the in-house development team to ensure the composition of the integration and the related data components meet all the project requirements.  Essential capabilities for this position include strong communication skills, aptitude for logical and business analytics, and the ability to perform system analysis, and risk analysis. All candidates must have the ability and desire to thrive in a fast-moving multi-tasked environment with a passion and affinity for success.  


What the Asurint Integration Technical Integrations Analyst does

  • Document workflows and data transfer architecture designs using Visio and related programs
  • Review XML, JSON and similar file types to complete object mapping to properly execute data transfer 
  • Facilitate prioritization of features and help stakeholders come to consensus when necessary
  • Work with stakeholders and development teams to define the minimally viable product
  • Complete analysis and breakdown on technical documentation from customer and vendor partners
  • Assist in the defining of requirements and designing of the user experience and system utilization for projects
  • Participate in entry and exit meetings to ensure that acceptance criteria are met and the final deliverables satisfy customer requirements as well as internal business needs
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to provide input and direction on the full software development life cycle (systems analysis, integration design, code development, testing and code deployment)

Essential Duties

  • Translate business requirements into technical designs
  • Presenting and communicating data designs and user workflows
  • Improving internal systems by studying current practices and designing modifications
  • Potentially some front end graphical user interface design
  • Performing some software and quality assurance testing 
  • Identifying efforts to improve existing processes that focus on quality and on-time delivery
  • Continually driving development process forward to ensure project is progressing on or ahead of schedule
  • Identify and mitigate roadblocks in design of data collection and transfer processes
  • Proactively communicate issues and potential roadblocks to stakeholders as appropriate
  • Translate communication between developers and business stockholders, vendors, and customer as needed
Requirements
  • BA/BS in Business, Business Analyst or related fields
  • Two to five years of experience as a business analyst on technical projects 
  • Demonstrated skills with project management tools and methodologies,
  • Full understanding of the software development lifecycle
  • Ability to problem solve in real-time situations
  • Ability to understand, track, drill-down, and question activities and issues in all functional areas and make sound business decisions based upon available data
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and solve problems
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills
  • Experience with and understanding of software development
  • Strong communication skills including written, verbal and presentation 
  • Work well in a deadline-driven environment
