The ever-evolving team is looking for a Maintenance Technician – Closure Line/Blow Mold to join us and start molding their future today. Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed to support production. The regular schedule will be a 3x2x3 schedule consisting of 12 hour shifts.

What to Expect as a Maintenance Technician – Closure Line/Blow Mold

Maintenance Technicians are critical to keeping our high-speed production equipment operating safely and efficiently. In this role, you'll perform preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime. You'll work with SACMI compression molding equipment, blow molders, conveyors, palletizers, chillers, compressors, and other automated manufacturing systems.

Our Maintenance Technicians use their mechanical aptitude and technical expertise to diagnose problems, repair equipment, rebuild machine components, and identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and performance. You'll utilize computerized maintenance systems and predictive maintenance tools, complete maintenance documentation, and collaborate closely with production to ensure equipment is operating at peak performance. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment is an essential part of this position.

You have strong troubleshooting skills, enjoy continuous learning, and are interested in advancing your industrial maintenance career. You are comfortable working around automated manufacturing equipment and are able to stand for extended periods, bend, climb, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds while performing maintenance activities.

A High School Diploma or GED is preferred. Three years of stable work experience with one employer may be considered in lieu of a diploma. Technical training or experience in industrial maintenance, electrical systems, mechatronics, or a related field is preferred. Experience maintaining high-speed manufacturing equipment, particularly SACMI compression molding or blow molding equipment, is a plus.
