Talent Member is accountable for supporting the successful daily operations of the business. This position will support the achievement of financial and guest service objectives while maintaining business and safety standards. These include providing a positive experience for our guest and members while developing self and others through the work.
During a shift, Crew Members may work in multiple areas of the business based on guests' needs, and opportunities for the Crew Member's development. Through all areas of work -- whether cleaning field and bathrooms, to welcoming guests at the gates, individuals can build their leadership, business acumen and broader life skills. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide excellent guest engagement, (customer service) handling guest and vendor inquiries appropriately
- Maintain balance in a fast-paced environment where the standards and job demand is rigorous
- Operate a POS (cash register) or equivalent with basic cash and credit card handling with accuracy
- Complete and participate in product inventory process
- Complete necessary business operations logs, daily reports, site inspections
- Adhere to safety standards for both our guest and members, report all hazards to manager.
- Maintain a safe and clean work area including compliance requirements.
- Work a flexible schedule including days, evening, weekends and holidays.
- Contribute to the daily operations goals effectively this includes; traffic control, selling tickets to buyers, vendor space reservations, container rentals, restroom cleanliness and restocking, facility repairs, ordering supplies and communicating using two way radios.
- Model excellent standards with uniform appearance, grooming, attendance and employment laws (meals/rest periods)
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent GED or current student.
- One year experience in a customer service or guest relations role preferred but not required.
- Meaningful experiences in work, school or volunteer activities preferred.

Physical Demands of this position include:
- Walking, kneeling, crouching, stooping, bending, squatting, climbing stairs, and the ability to be on your feet for up to 4 hours at a time.
- Reaching, pushing, pulling, grasping, lifting (overhead and waist level), gripping, and frequently lifting to 20 pounds.
