This position is based at our Saginaw clinic in Fort Worth, TX 76179 and follows a four-day clinical schedule.

What Your Week Would Look Like

You'll provide speech-language therapy to pediatric patients in our outpatient clinic under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.


You'll manage a consistent caseload across your four-day schedule, implement established plans of care, collaborate with parents and caregivers, complete documentation within our EHR, and work closely with your supervising SLP when you need clinical guidance or support.


Our goal is for you to be able to focus on providing excellent pediatric therapy while having the supervision, systems, and administrative support needed to do your job well.

Responsibilities

  • Provide pediatric speech and language treatment under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Implement treatment plans and goals established by the supervising SLP
  • Provide family-centered therapy and caregiver education within the SLP-A scope of practice
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
  • Communicate patient progress and clinical concerns with the supervising SLP
  • Coordinate with other clinicians when patients receive multiple therapy services
  • Participate in required supervision and clinical mentorship
  • Participate in specialty programming or professional development opportunities as appropriate

Requirements

  • Current Texas Speech-Language Pathology Assistant license in good standing
  • Ability to work a full-time, four-day clinical schedule
  • Interest in working with a pediatric outpatient population
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to maintain timely clinical documentation and follow established plans of care
