Primary duties are being capable of running the automatic spreader, cutter and efficiently operating in the bundling position. 

1. Possess ability to maintain flexible schedule to meet the demands of the department, i.e. overtime, alternating lunch and break schedules when needed.
2. Ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing.
3. Ability to listen to what is said and act upon it appropriately.
4. Ability to use tact and empathy in dealing with people of varied backgrounds.
5. Ability to establish effective working relationships.
6. Ability to work independently or in a team environment and plan and organize workload.

11. Forklift experience preferred. 
12. Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft office products preferred. 

Education and or Experience High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
