Summary: The Human Resources Intern is responsible for supporting the Human Resources department in completing various projects related to HR processes including; personnel administration, recruitment and staffing, training and development, compensation and benefits administration and all other related services. All work will be performed under the close direction of the Vice President, Human Resources and/or other members of the HR team.
Expected Outcomes: A successful Human Resources Intern will apply knowledge gained from coursework in a real-world professional setting and end the internship with a better understanding of the role that HR plays in a growing company. They will support all functions of the Human Resources Department and will participate in a variety of HR projects and tasks.
