Are you the person who can keep 20 moving pieces organized without losing track of the details?
We’re looking for an organized, solutions-focused Operations Scheduler to help keep our countertop operation moving. You’ll coordinate schedules across customers, production, field teams, and installation crews to make sure jobs move from measurement through fabrication and final installation.
You do NOT need countertop or granite experience.
If you've worked in scheduling, dispatch, logistics, transportation, construction, manufacturing, production planning, field service, project coordination, or another fast-paced operation, we want to hear from you.
What you'll do
You'll own and coordinate the daily schedule for jobs moving through our operation, including:
- Scheduling customer appointments for measurements/templates and installations
- Coordinating daily production and fabrication schedules
- Scheduling installation crews and helping ensure the right jobs are assigned at the right time
- Monitoring jobs throughout the day and adjusting the schedule when something changes
- Working around material delays, production issues, customer changes, crew availability, and other unexpected challenges
- Communicating schedule changes and updates to customers, installers, templaters, production teams, drivers, sales, and leadership
- Tracking job status, completion dates, reschedules, and outstanding issues
- Working with production leadership to prioritize urgent jobs while keeping the overall schedule on track
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
You may be a great fit if you:
- Have previous scheduling, dispatch, logistics, production planning, project coordination, or similar experience
- Are highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities at the same time
- Can make quick adjustments when plans change
- Communicate well with both customers and operational teams
- Are comfortable working with computer systems and learning new software
- Pay attention to details and follow through
- Enjoy solving scheduling puzzles and figuring out how to make everything fit
Countertop, granite, flooring, or construction experience is a plus—but it is NOT required.
What success looks like
A successful Scheduler keeps customers informed, crews productive, production flowing, and jobs moving forward—even when the original plan changes. You'll work closely with our production and field teams, but this is primarily an office-based position within our countertop operation.
