• Greet and connect with customers visiting our showroom and lot
• Showcase premium inventory with engaging walk-throughs and live demonstrations
• Listen to customer needs and match them with the ideal RV from top brands
• Use our modern CRM to manage leads, follow up, and build lasting relationships
• Negotiate and close deals while maximizing profit and customer satisfaction
• Hit and exceed monthly sales goals in a fast-paced, rewarding atmosphere
