 Join our ReBuilt Store leadership team in a hands-on role where you’ll help lead daily store operations, support and encourage staff, assist customers, and keep merchandise moving efficiently. This position includes working with and lifting building and construction-related materials, so familiarity with construction, tools, or building materials is a plus.

What You'll Do

• Assist the manager with store operations and staff supervision, ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
• Assist the manager in overseeing merchandise displays throughout the store.
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and returns.
• Assist in cash register operations during busy times or to provide adequate coverage.
• Assist in opening and closing the store as instructed.
• Be alert for shoplifting and follow the Shoplifting Policy.
• Be part of staff meetings and team-building.

The Details

Schedule: Monday - Saturday, Morning & Evenings

Hours: Shifts Available between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm

Compensation: $19.00/hour
