POSITION SUMMARY
As USH’s Human Resources intern, you will be responsible for recruiting highly motivated, passionate, and skilled individuals to join the fight against hunger! In this hands-on role, you will screen resumes, conduct virtual interviews, market our internship program to potential candidates, and assist with the day-to-day execution of the internship program.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System (Paylocity)
- Screen resumes
- Communicate with applicants
- Update workflows
- Request portfolios
- Assist with intern recruitment and selection
- Send portfolios to managers
- Conduct first-round interviews
- Make recommendations for hire
- Track and report weekly recruitment metrics
- Promote internship program
- Schedule promotional events
- University events
- Career fairs
- Network with university organizations
- Assist with online job platforms
- Handshake
- Knightline
- Schedule promotional events
- Assist with all internship program needs
- Brainstorm development sessions
- Generate feedback surveys
- Generate weekly intern newsletter
