What You'll Do

• Install commercial HVAC equipment for new construction and retrofit projects
• Install and connect RTUs, split systems, chillers, and other commercial HVAC equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and equipment installation instructions
• Assist  with equipment startup, troubleshooting, and commissioning as needed
• Perform HVAC piping, connections, and related installation work
• Assist with ductwork installation and other mechanical work as needed
• Safely handle and transport equipment, materials, and tools
• Work safely on rooftops, lifts, ladders, and in mechanical rooms or other confined areas
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Work effectively with project managers, foremen, technicians, and other trades

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of commercial HVAC equipment installation experience required
• Hands-on experience installing RTUs, split systems, and chillers
• Ability to read and interpret commercial HVAC blueprints and plans
• Refrigeration installation and/or equipment startup experience is a plus
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment and materials
• Comfortable working on rooftops and in various commercial job-site environments
• Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel to job sites throughout the greater DFW area
