Exacta Land Surveyors, LLC is currently seeking an EXPERIENCED Land Survey Field Crew Chief to perform mortgage and boundary surveys for clients in greater Chicago and surrounding area. Overtime and weekend work available. Must have experience with GPS, total stations and data collectors along with prior field work for land surveying/boundary location. Key Skills:

• Complete land survey as prescribed by a Professional Licensed Surveyor
• The ability to understand and interpret data
• Client management/customer service skills
• Organization and time management skills
• Basic "office suite" computer skills
• Able to operate a motor vehicle with a valid license and clean Motor Vehicle Record
• Safety conscious
• Experience with GPS, total station and data collector
• Prior field work for land surveying
• Ability to efficiently provide clear and complete, legible and detailed sketch/field notes

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to carry survey equipment and supplies in remote, rural and urban surroundings
• Ability to lift equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Regularly walk, stand, crouch or stoop, frequently lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects
• Walk over rough, uneven, or slippery surfaces
• Work in a variety of weather conditions with exposure to the elements
• Ability to travel up and down ladders
