The Field Service Technician & Technical Trainer is the company’s hands-on subject matter expert for commercial coolers and related refrigeration equipment. The role diagnoses and repairs equipment, responds to urgent field escalations, provides remote troubleshooting support, and turns recurring service issues into repeatable repair and training programs.

This position bridges Operations and Implementation: Operations owns service readiness, repair processes, parts, and equipment reliability, while Implementation partners on field deployment, customer-site support, and technical enablement. The person in this role is expected to work across both teams and provide clear visibility into priorities, findings, and results.
