Position Summary  

This position works with dealers, customers, and staff to ensure that all areas have the necessary parts to build and repair Nautique boats. 


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Remove packing slip and forward to the purchasing department for processing.
  • Pull parts for kits.
  • Ship parts nationally and internationally.
  • Receive parts when they are delivered.
  • Unload and load trucks.
  • Unpack and stock parts, putting them in designated locations.
  • Document items that are low in stock.
  • Provide parts to production personnel.
  • Deliver packages to office personnel.
  • Inspect all parts before shipping to ensure that all parts are complete and up to quality standards. 
  • Help with inventory process.
  • Keep the work area clean and orderly.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.
  • Comply with all OSHA and safety procedures.

  • Must be able to perform tasks under deadlines.
  • Must have strong attention to detail.
  • Must be able to operate a forklift. 
  • Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision.

Tools used in this occupation include but are not limited to:

  • Personal Protective Equipment- Safety Glasses.
  • Cleaners- All Purpose Cleaner, mineral spirits, acetone, soap and water.


Knowledge, Education and Experience includes but is not limited to:

  • Highschool degree or equivalent.
  • Previous experience with counting inventory.
  • Previous experience in customer service.
  • Knowledge of computer systems and databases. 
  • Ability to identify missing or defective parts.

Physical and Work Requirements:

  • Ability to work in non-climate-controlled environment where ambient air temperature can exceed outside air temperature.
  • Ability to bend at waist and knees and stand for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to climb into and out of interior of boats.
  • Ability to wear proper safety equipment as needed.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds when necessary.
  • Ability to use and maintain small hand tools (grinder, scraper, razor knife, blower, etc.).
  • Must be a licensed driver with good driving record (subject to MVR).
