Gabrielli Truck Sales is actively seeking an ambitious candidate who enjoys multi-tasking to join the team at our TRP Parts retail location in Pottstown, PA. This role combines warehouse logistics, delivery service and retail sales support.

This is an entry level position with an emphasis on learning and growth. The successful candidate will increase their industry knowledge and gain skills critical for advancement within the company.

This is a full-time first shift Monday to Friday schedule (8 am to 5pm) with rotating Saturday shifts (8am to noon).

Work Location: Pottstown, PA 

Total Compensation: $35,000– $45,000 including base salary, OT and performance-based bonuses. Final offer will be based on skill and experience.

Responsibilities:

• As a delivery driver – you will pick up and drop off items while adhering to assigned routes and time schedules. Drivers work as part of the delivery team to ensure that the items are complete, packed correctly, and safely delivered to the correct client. Drivers are occasionally required to collect payment from customers at time of delivery.

• As a warehouse associate – you will organize and maintain inventory levels while picking, packing and preparing items for shipping or timely delivery. Warehouse Associates also maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments following the established protocols. You’ll be using forklifts, pallet jacks and hand trucks in your daily responsibilities.

• As retail support – you will be a point of contact for our Parts Sales Associates and assist them in filling customer orders, answering calls, and following up on orders placed. You’ll gain exposure to our proprietary point of sale system, stock orders, returns and cores.

• Maintain work area in a neat and orderly fashion
• Maintain a safe work environment in compliance with company safety policy.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor

• Experience in a warehouse or retail environment a plus
• Previous delivery experience a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand, bend and kneel for long periods of time
• Must be able to step up onto and climb into 16-foot box trucks
• Must be comfortable driving for up to 8 hours each day.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance
