Position Type: Part-Time (15-20 hours per week)

Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team in maintaining the golf course and landscaped areas. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, demonstrates a strong work ethic, and enjoys working outdoors in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily maintenance of the golf course, including mowing, edging, raking, and debris removal
• Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and utility vehicles
• Plant, water, fertilize, and care for turf, flowers, shrubs, and trees
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of all outdoor areas, including pathways and common spaces
• Always follow safety protocols and guidelines
• Support special landscaping projects and course set-up as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or golf course maintenance preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills

Schedule:

• 15-20 hours per week
• Flexible scheduling; some early mornings and weekends may be required

• Based on experience
