Description

Build Your Career. Lead a Team. Make an Impact.

Looking for a leadership opportunity where your experience matters, your ideas are valued, and you can make a difference every day?

At Franklin Logistics, we're more than a logistics company — we're a locally owned business with deep roots in the Chambersburg community.

Founded in 1985, we've grown into a leading third-party logistics (3PL) provider and industrial developer, operating six locations throughout the Chambersburg area. Since 1985, we've helped customers succeed through dependable warehousing, transportation, and transloading solutions.

Our success starts with our people. We believe in creating a workplace built on teamwork, mutual respect, safety, and opportunities for professional growth. We take pride in developing leaders who support their teams, solve problems, and lead by example.

If you're ready to take ownership, develop a strong team, and build your career with a company that values your contributions, we want to hear from you!

The Opportunity: Operations Supervisor

Lead the team. Drive results. Make every day count.

We're looking for a motivated, hands-on Operations Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing people, and takes pride in keeping operations running safely and efficiently.

In this role, you'll be at the heart of our daily warehouse operations, leading employees, coordinating workflows, supporting customer needs, and finding solutions to everyday operational challenges.

You won't be managing from behind a desk. You'll be actively engaged with your team, providing direction, removing obstacles, and helping employees succeed.

This is an opportunity to put your leadership skills to work while making a direct impact on safety, productivity, customer satisfaction, and the overall success of our operations.
