Mental Health Connecticut is a statewide not-for-profit agency that provides direct services to adults with severe and persistent mental illness, presents workshops about mental health, and mounts reform efforts to help shape state policies and laws.
MHC has an immediate full-time opening (Sunday - Thursday: 4:00 pm – 12:00 am) for a Rehabilitation Specialist Floater. This is a floater position which will require travel to all MHC programs. This position will be responsible to document and deliver services, including Medicaid reimbursable services, if applicable, to persons in recovery in the activities outlined in their Individual Recovery Plans.
Salary: $15.00 per hour. MHC is currently paying a shift differential of $1.50 per hour worked between 4:00 pm - 12:00 am in addition to the hourly salary rate.

The Rehabilitation Specialist Floater responsibilities include:
Education and/or Experience: GED or High School Diploma required. Experience in community mental health preferred. Equivalent experience may be substituted for educational requirement.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Valid CT driver’s license, auto insurance and registration.
