Stavros is seeking to fill a part time Maintenance/ Cleaning position.

Our mission at Stavros is to help persons with disabilities and Deaf people develop the tools and skills they need to take charge of their own lives. We accomplish this through programs and services designed to meet the needs of persons of any age or disability as they work to achieve the life goals that are important to them.

Responsibilities:

Maintenance and cleaning of a large office building. Duties include minor repairs to buildings and furniture, hanging bulletin boards, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, disinfecting, clearing clogged drains, and removal of trash. Other duties include shoveling snow, maintaining landscape and moving furniture when needed.

Qualifications:

Must be a team player, have a positive attitude, and be reliable, self-motivated and flexible. Experience in minor maintenance and repairs is important, as is a willingness and ability to do cleaning and disinfecting.
