As an Operations Intern (40 hours/week) you will use your excellent customer service skills and in both Mandarin and English to support our Front End CSR Team in China and gain practical experience in all areas of Operations, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Front End CSR team from our Sunnyvale office.
• Partner with merchants and logistics partners for escalated issues (returns and shipping).
• Participate in inventory cycle counts.
