The Personal Injury Paralegal/Case Manager Sales and Outreach Liaison is the bridge between the providers that care for PI patients and the attorneys that refer them.  

 

While this is a marketing position, this position requires the upmost balance between professional, technical, and social skill sets. We are looking for an experienced Paralegal or case manager that can work independently to enhance the quality of our personal injury attorneys’ interactions as well as create new personal injury referral sources as we continue to grow our network and locations.  

 

This position requires a mastery of understand of the personal injury space in the state of California as it pertains to servicing PI attorney clients to their best interest and from a med legal prospective. Previous experience as a paralegal or case manager in a personal injury firm is required so that the candidate will have a full understanding of the entire client/patient cycle and be able to communicate at that professional level to streamline the referral process. 

 

Fundamental marketing core proficiencies such as cold calling, gate keeper introductions, and new attorney acquisitions are at minimum required. This position requires its owner to have a killer instinct, an entrepreneur mindset on how to combine the needs of personal injury attorneys with the resources of OC Wellness physicians.  

 

Core responsibilities include:  

Cultivating and maintaining a complete list of all surrounding attorneys who have or can refer cases to OC Wellness facilities.  

Maintain an up to date and accurate spreadsheet or CRM of all attorneys and cases referring in or treated by OC Wellness. 

Daily outreach and interaction with prospective and current HV (high value) attorney offices.  

Thorough documentation of all calls and personal visits to each office. 

Dropping off all initial and final patient reports personally to attorney's office from each of our locations. 

Personally, handling the scheduling with each attorney to each office as well as the patient directly.  

Reviewing medical records, medical reports, medical bills, loss of earnings documentation, and identifying key value drivers to coordinate with attorney offices is a must.
