Bendon Gear has a position open for a FULL-TIME GEAR CUTTER.

Training may be available for the right candidate.

The Ideal Candidate:

MUST BE FULLY CAPABLE OF SETTING UP AND OPERATING GEAR CUTTING MACHINERY.

DUTIES:

SET UP AND RUN GEAR CUTTING MACHINES TO PRODUCE PRECISION GEARS FOR AGMA CLASS 9-12.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00+ per hour

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

5 Years experience minimum

Understanding of gear terms and dimensions: spur, helical, worm.

Capable of measuring cut gears, wire size, test radius, lead.

Can set up Barber Colman, Mikron, and Pfauter Hobbers

Can set up Fellows shapers

CNC Gear hobber setup is a plus, but not required.

ATTENTION TO DETAIL IS CRITICAL.
