JOB DESCRIPTION


REVELxp is currently looking for a passionate individual to work with our team to support the company partnership platforms across various business lines. As the Partnership Fulfillment Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day development, management, activation and execution of partnership accounts and relationships.  The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and provide exceptional service while generating best practices and mutually beneficial marketing programs for our partners.   


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary duties to include, but not limited to the following:


  • Support and assist the overall sales process for the REVELxp business development team.  This includes assisting the team on activating new business partnerships, creation of recap presentations and sales pitch decks as well as daily management of all partnership inventory 
  • Responsible for activation and execution of all partnership accounts across various business lines, ensuring delivery on all assets in a partner’s agreement while providing exceptional customer service
  • Build and develop relationships with partners via regular meetings and communications, conducting regular planning and activation meetings with assigned accounts.  Includes learning about partner’s business goals, building collaborative partner activations and strategies that lead to renewal
  • Assist the business development team with expense reporting, invoicing, and other budgetary needs including management of timely revenue collections from partners
  • Assist with partner hospitality, tickets, and premium experiences 
  • Willingness to travel and represent Revel XP at events
  • Other special projects and duties as assigned


This position will be located in one of the REVELxp corporate offices, and may require relocation dependent upon current residency.


Requirements

WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT CANDIDATE?

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in business, sports administration, marketing, advertising or other related field; 2-5+ years of relevant work experience
  • The ability to work independently and demonstrate innovation and initiative -- be a Self-starter and Solution Provider.
  • Ability to multi-task managing various partnerships, schedules and budgets 
  • Excellent relationship building, inter-personal and communication skills with a high attention to detail
  • High level of initiative, specifically in the areas of revenue generation and process improvement
  • Results-driven; willing to do whatever it takes to accomplish the goal
  • Strong aptitude for learning; highly curious
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
