Title: Administrative Coordinator
Reports to: Chief Finance & Administrative Officer
The Administrative Coordinator is a member of the Finance & Administration team and plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operations of Steppingstone’s office. The Finance & Administration team members (Chief Financial & Administrative Officer, Senior Director of IT & Administration, and Administrative Coordinator) work closely together to provide financial and administrative resources that support an effective and productive work environment for all Steppingstone staff. The Administrative Coordinator facilitates multiple administrative systems and serves as the initial contact with visitors and phone inquiries. As a member of the Finance & Administration team, the Administrative Coordinator will be expected to cross-train on other finance & administrative responsibilities.
The Steppingstone office is currently functioning virtually and tentatively expects to begin a phased reopening in the Spring. The Administrative Coordinator position will start out virtually and transition to in-person, as the office re-opens. The Administrative Coordinator will be a key person in the planning and implementation of the office reopening and the ongoing coordination of office procedures and safety measures related to COVID.
