This entry-level position requires a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related field. Knowledge of residential construction operations and design is a plus. Recent college graduates with applicable academic training in construction management and candidates with up to five years of experience will be considered. Candidate must have the ability to interpret plans and technical specifications for construction projects specifically geo-technical reports, environmental reports, and site work evaluations. Must be computer literate and have working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel. Approximate 25% travel time, including overnights, throughout the continental United States is required for this position. Candidate must possess and be able to demonstrate effectiveness with each of the following Key Attributes.
