Vineti is looking for a Technical Writer to produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the success of our Enterprise SaaS products and services. As a Technical Writer you will work collaboratively with a talented group of individuals, including developers, quality engineers, product managers, and usability experts. You will be a valued member of the team who is responsible for determining the tools and solutions for developing and delivering content that is an integral part to the success of our company and products. 

What you’ll be doing as a Technical Writer:

• Work with the software product team in an Agile environment to develop technical documentation for end users and system managers
• Write User Guides, Tutorials, Release Notes, and Configuration Guides
• Create workflow and system diagrams using appropriate software programs
• Determine the best delivery method for end-user information, including hard copy, PDFs, online/context sensitive help, or inline text
• Work effectively with Validation, Engineering, DevOps, Software Quality, Product Design, Product Management, Project Management, and Customer Support
• Co-author, edit, and review content developed for Vineti customers
• Contribute to the Vineti style guide
• Contribute to feedback on product usability
• Perform other duties as assigned

• 2+ years of experience
• Four-year degree in Technical Communication, English, or Computer Sciences, or relevant, certified education 
• Ability to grasp complex technical/business concepts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience writing topic-based documentation
• Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile development in a modern programming environment
• Familiarity with MadCap Flare, Confluence, and Git preferred
• Familiarity with cloud-based enterprise software preferred
• Familiarity with compliance and validation requirements in an FDA-regulated environment preferred
• Experience developing API documentation preferred
