The Head of Merchant Account Management will lead a team to accelerate the company’s supply-side growth by strengthening high-quality partnerships with wholesalers, brands, boutiques, and retailers. There is a near-term opportunity to generate 10x revenue growth and industry-leading unit economics. This position will be a key member of the company and based in the USA.

Requirements

What You Will Achieve

  • Strengthen existing and strategically important supply-side partnerships with wholesalers, brands, boutiques, and retailers. Work with the top 100 high-quality supply partners to fuel a 2x revenue growth in 1 year and 10x revenue growth in 4 years. 
  • Improve unit economics by getting credit with our supply-side partners and increase the scale of importance of BorderX Lab.
  • Collaborate closely with product, operation, and marketing teams to improve our offering and achieve industry-leading success for our partners. 
  • Build a strong and productive account management team with at least 3 high-potential employees

What You Should Already Have

  • A strong merchant account management experience of ecommerce marketplaces including 8-digit seller account management.  
  • Proven high-level executive skills and ability to hire and develop talents. 
  • A deep understanding of cross-border commerce with financial, legal, regulatory, and logistics considerations.
