Medical practice in Central Ohio is seeking an experienced Business Manager to develop and manage business operations as well as ensure clinical excellence. The candidate must have an in-depth understanding of general business functions, processes, and overall business strategies. He/She will be responsible for accomplishing strategic and operational goals and related tasks.
The candidate should have at least 5 years of experience with a Master of Healthcare Administration degree, be familiar with health insurance requirements as well as all aspects of A/R management including billing and collection.
Responsibilities:
Improve healthcare delivery by providing excellent patient experience and assisting providers, clinical teams, and administrative staff.
Improve quality results or efficiency by studying, evaluating, and implementing new programs, workflow, processes, and business strategies.
Address complaints, identify and resolve problems.
Hold self and others accountable to deadlines
Appraise performances and foster teamwork.
Formulate and communicate recommendations for staff and providers.
Ensure compliance with healthcare law and policies.
Assist with preventative maintenance/upgrade equipment and supply management.
