You will be responsible for growing existing and new lines of business for FRG.  Your clientele will consist of some of the world’s largest organizations in the area of risk management. You will cultivate relationships in order to expand FRG’s relationships, develop new relationships, and help craft new solutions for our clients.



The right business development candidate will have responsibility for: 

  • Identify and develop business strategies in order to reach new and existing sales opportunities
  • Research and prepare marketing materials & demonstration tools 
  • Listen to customer requirements and present appropriate solutions
  • Maintain and develop relationships with past, existing, and future clients
  • Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
  • Lead negotiations, closing & facilitation of contracts with clients
  • Expand FRG into new areas while selling to existing areas of concentration
  • Present and facilitate client sessions 
  • Understanding and demonstrating knowledge of financial risk software solutions
  • Knowing FRG competitors, product lines, and ways to differentiate FRG
  • Embrace challenges and learn new skills; be a catalyst for change 


  • BS degree in a related area and 5-8 years relevant experience 
  • Advanced understanding of risk management concepts
  • Strong written, oral communication & presentation skills 
  • Excellent problem solving, decision making & organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and handle rapidly shifting priorities in a fast-changing environment
  • Ability to travel up to 70% of the time as the business needs dictate 
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team
