This is role is not your average IT support role, but a unique opportunity to be involved with all aspects of a growing company. The Technology Support Tier 2 will be the right-hand to the IT Manager and will enjoy having the freedom of taking ownership of many company initiatives. In this role, you will be involved in supporting technology improvement projects as well as support of approximately 175 users. Norfolk offers this opportunity for a driven IT professional who wants to be impactful in our Company with multiple business units. You will be tasked to work on complex troubleshooting issues, work with IT Manager to plan out technology rollouts, and work and fully understand the platforms used (Bistrack, GPS tracking, Office365, Active Directory) to improve efficiencies.
Norfolk has multiple locations and travel may be needed to support on-site. Experience working and supporting in distribution, retail, sales industries will be important for success.

Active Directory - File & Print services including DFS - Remote desktop applications - Office365 - Exchange Hybrid environments -Retail hardware including cash registers & credit card pads -VoIP telephone systems - VPN connectivity - Wireless devices including Cell Phones and Tablets
