Works closely with campus programs team to refine and execute marketing plans to educate and inform the student body about the impact donor dollars, provided through The Association, have on Texas A&M. Coordinates aspects of advertising to students including developing and managing the marketing calendar for various campaigns and advertising for Association events. Additionally, serves as the liaison with internal graphic artists and production team, and media such as The Battalion. Assists in the promotion of student events and occasionally assists the Aggie Ring program.

Participates and provides input on various Association-wide activities which may include:
Acts as an ambassador for The Association by meeting Team Expectations; supporting The Association’s fundraising, branding, and communications efforts; and fostering relationships with former students, current students, parents, faculty, staff and friends of Texas A&M.

Received: Director of Campus Programs and Coordinators of Campus Programs.

EDUCATION:
Required: Pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
Preferred: Marketing, communications major or commensurate experience.
EXPERIENCE:
Required: Good working knowledge of Texas A&M University.
Preferred: Marketing experiences, event-planning experience, and student organization experience.
SKILLS:
Required: Extensive working knowledge of standard office equipment and software including: Microsoft Office products.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Required: Ability to operate a keyboard. Ability to set up for various events, including, but not limited to: set up of tables/chairs and lifting and moving furniture.
